What Is NLP?
NLP is about education – learning how to run your own brain more effectively. It's not therapy, it's training in the structure of subjective experience.
NLP helps you understand how people think, feel, choose, and change. You'll learn how internal strategies create emotions, habits, and behaviors – and how to take conscious command of the processes running your life.
NLP + Hypnosis in this Bootcamp allows change to happen faster, deeper, and more automatically by working directly with the unconscious mind.
This training is educational and experiential, not therapeutic.
How the Training Works
Every technique follows a precise three-step learning sequence designed to move skills from conscious understanding into unconscious competence:
1. Explain
You learn the structure, purpose, and neurological basis of each technique
2. Demonstrate
Jimmy shows the technique live with someone in the room, so you see it in action
3. Practice
You practice as both practitioner and client, embedding the skill in your nervous system

Jimmy van der Ham is a Licensed Trainer of NLP™ who brings clarity, discipline, and genuine enthusiasm into the training room.
Known for his depth of study and respect for structure, Jimmy teaches NLP the way it’s meant to be learned — through clear explanation, live demonstration, and repeated practice with feedback. His background as a professional bodybuilder and trainer strongly shapes how he approaches learning: real skill is built through consistency, precision, and conditioning.
As a Licensed Trainer of NLP™, personally trained by Dr. Richard Bandler, Jimmy teaches from direct lineage while keeping the learning grounded, practical, and human. His training is also informed by advanced Bandler-based frameworks such as Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning® (NHR®), Design Human Engineering® (DHE®), and Persuasion Engineering® (PE®) — not as abstract concepts, but as structures that show up in how sessions are designed, how language is used, and how skills are installed.

The training takes place in a bright, spacious house, offering a unique bootcamp-style learning environment. The venue is specifically set up for hands-on pairing, movement, and practice, designed to support active learning and comfort throughout the intensive week.

Do I need previous experience?
